BIO
Ian Kang is a Brooklyn-based 3D artist and Unreal Engine operator specializing in real-time environment design and virtual production pipelines.
With a foundation in PBR-based modeling and asset creation across Blender, Maya, and Unreal Engine 5, Ian builds detailed environments ranging from sci-fi and atmospheric spaces to on-set virtual production builds. His work spans the full pipeline — from concept and modeling through texturing, lighting, and real-time engine integration.
In addition to environment work, Ian has hands-on experience operating nDisplay-based LED volume productions, managing real-time scene adjustments and system integration on live shoots.
